メンバー・小林正秀の展示のお知らせです。
直島旅館 ろ霞では、第九弾となる展示企画として、写真家・小林正秀による『山雪 -Yamayuki- 』シリーズの展示を開催いたします。
本作は、2018年に山間の集落で出会った雪景色を起点にまとめられた作品群です。祖母との記憶と結びついた風景を辿りながら、日常の中にあるささやかな出来事と、土地に宿る気配を静かに写しとめています。
本展示では、客室という私的な空間の中で作品と向き合うことで、写真を「鑑賞する」だけでなく、「過ごす」ものとして体験していただくよう企画されています。
旅のひとときの中で、目の前の風景と、心の奥にある記憶とが、そっと重なり合う時間となれば幸いです。
展示期間：2026年4月7日（火）15:00 ～ 2026年9月14日（月）11:00
展示点数：14点
また、同タイトルの写真集『山雪』（アートビートパブリッシャーズ刊）を、館内ショップにて販売しております。（税込3,850円）

Announcement: Exhibition by GRAF member Masahide Kobayashi
At Naoshima Ryokan ROKA, we are pleased to present the ninth exhibition in our series, featuring Yamayuki by photographer Masahide Kobayashi.
This body of work originates from a snow-covered landscape encountered in a mountain village in 2018.
Tracing scenes connected to memories of his grandmother, the photographs quietly capture small moments of everyday life and the subtle presence embedded within the land.
In this exhibition, the works are placed within the private setting of guest rooms, inviting visitors not only to view the photographs, but to experience living with them.
We hope that during your stay, the scenery before you and the memories within you may gently overlap.
Art Viewing Tour Information
At ROKA, we offer guided tours where you can view our collection pieces displayed throughout the property, as well as the artworks exhibited in guest rooms.
Reservations are required in advance, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
Time: 2:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Reservation: Required at least 7 days in advance
